Oracle Server 11.2.0.3-Database Configuration Assistant-Warning

Enterprise manager configuration succeeded with the following warning-

Error starting Database Control. Execute the following command(s):

1) Set the environment variable ORACLE_UNQNAME to Database unique name
2) [Path] start dbsonsole

Solution:

The error occurs because of the Time Zone conflict.

Open command prompt and type: emctl config agent getTZ

Now check your computers Time Zone.

Yeah, you see, they are different. Change the Time Zone to UTC Central US and Canada.

Uninstall the Oracle Server 11.2.0.3

Restart windows then again install the Oracle Server 11.2.0.3

DONE !!!
